Registration
SALEEM AKHTAR MEMORIAL HEALTH & EDUCATION FOUNDATION is a registered non-profit organization under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The foundation was established in Islamabad Capital Territory with the sole purpose of serving communities through healthcare and education.

Limited Liability
The liability of members is limited. This ensures that the foundation operates within a well-defined legal framework, protecting both its members and the communities it serves.

Dissolution Clause
In case of dissolution, any remaining assets will be transferred to another non-profit organization with similar objectives, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This ensures continuity of our mission even in unforeseen circumstances.
